These terms govern your use of bluewizardtech.com and of Pallando Expenses, both operated by Blue Wizard Tech, LLC (“Blue Wizard Tech”, “we”, “us”) of Austin, Texas. By using either one, you agree to these terms.
1. The website
The website describes our consulting services and provides a way to contact us. Its content is general information, not professional advice, and nothing on it is an offer to provide services.
Sending us a message does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. Consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
2. Acceptable use
When using the website, you agree not to:
- send spam, bulk, or automated messages through the contact form;
- submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content;
- interfere with the site’s operation, or test its security without our written permission; or
- use automated tools to access the site in a way that burdens it.
3. Intellectual property
The site’s text, design, logo, and graphics belong to Blue Wizard Tech. You may view and share links to them, but you may not copy or reuse them without permission. Product names mentioned on the site, such as IBM, Camunda, Appian, and Pegasystems, are trademarks of their owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement.
4. Links to other sites
The site links to services we do not control, such as LinkedIn and GitHub. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
5. Pallando Expenses
Pallando Expenses is a private, internal tool that Blue Wizard Tech uses to prepare its own expense reports. It is not offered to the public, and only Blue Wizard Tech is authorized to use it. How it handles Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
7. Disclaimer
The website and Pallando Expenses are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that either will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always current.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Wizard Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or Pallando Expenses. Our total liability for any claim related to them is limited to $100.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
